While I know fitbit is working hard to resolve the iOS issue and it is causing so much frustration it's also hard to grasp how such a gigantic failure was able to be released. Dealing with an eating disorder is stressful enough but when stress is a trigger for your disorder (B.E.D) something like this definitely effects your eating. Trying to log the food on line WAS working however not all my Food and water stats have disparaged from the app for at least the last 7 days.Online was populating the app up untill yesterday afternoon, it was sluggish but it was working now food and water consumption have vanished from the app all together for days even prior to the update. For everyone at fitbit i'm sure your just as frustrated as we all are. I work for an app developer as well and I FULLY understand how this happens and the abuse you have to deal with but this one definitely was not tested properly prior to it's release. still many of us are rooting for you and hope you can put an end to this ASAP.

As mentioned yesterday, you may see a slight delay with your friend's leaderboard updating and we expect it to be back to normal shortly. Since this issue is resolved and the thread appears to be going off topic, I'll be closing it for further responses.
