Likewise. My Blaze isn’t updating my steps on the friends dashboard on my iPhone iOS 11.4. Please help as my wife is showing as beating me 😂🤣

Same issue. My dashboard is updating but weekly steps are not. I have:

deleted/reinstalled app
Nothibg seems to be working. Stuck at the same number of weekly steps

Very frustrating. Tried all recommended to resolve issue, nothing working so come on Fitbit, get this fixed. All my friends seem to be updating their weekly steps and have now overtaken me, not happy!! I added all my steps up for the week and I'm 50,000 short because of this problem on my weekly total.

Try calling the Fitbit number 1-877-623-4997. They told me that they will my issue resolved

Leaderboards didnt update for several hours yesterday, then worked. Today it has only updated twice all day.

I’m having the same problem as the others here. My app has been removed and reinstalled and still only my daily steps update but not the weekly total.

Mine has been doing same thing all day. Constantly deleting entries and substituting different foods than what I am entering!! Very frustrating as I started a new diet regimen yesterday

Mine has been doing that as well. It deletes entries and changing what I enter even from my frequently used list. If I search something it wont save.

But mine is not a phone issue at all. It also doesn't update on the dashboard when I use my laptop. It's driving me crazy! Today I've gotten 15,000 steps and my community total is the same as when I got up this morning!

Following... this is happening to me as well - there is a delay of several hours before it updates. It is not resolved by logging out of the app, restarting phone, and logging back in. (Though when I did that, I suddenly got 20 back to back notifications to the Versa that hadn't gone through previously, so it seems like the Versa is also having notification relay issues... second time I've experienced this.)

Yes it’s very frustrating!! I’ve been dieting for two weeks and I want to stay consistent and keep going but it’s hard without the food log.

I meant it's not a phone issue for ME. Because it doesn't update on my laptop dashboard either. I called them and they are aware I am one of the people affected by this, so my advice is to call!
