Resting Heart Rate Not Showing in App

Hello!

Although my Charge 4 is clearly tracking the heart rate, in the app on the overview page, it just says “- - bpm Resting Heart Rate”. It was working two days ago where the numbers showed. I’ve tried turning my Bluetooth on and off to no avail. My “All-Day Sync” is turned on and I’ve also tried tapping on “Sync Now” to no avail too.

Can anyone help? Thanks and cheers!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @smintx. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your resting heart rate in not showing in the app. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I appreciate the information that your Charge 4 is tracking your heart rate and would like to confirm if you're using a MobileTrack in the Fitbit app? I recommend doing the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Restart your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
