Resting Heart Rate not being shown for today on Charge 2 Fitbit Version 4.20. Also Sleep timeline 'Benchmark not being displayed since Monday 8th July 2024; this is a great loss to me and one of the key data stats I have looked at ever day.

Hello @DavidRP and welcome to the Community. Issues like yours are usually platform specific. Do you use an Android or iPhone? Also, your RHR is shown in your Health Metrics and when you tap on your Heart tile. Where is it missing?
Your post can get moved to the appropriate platform forum where you might get more help.

Hello,
Thanks for your prompt reply. I use an iPhone with IOS Version 16.7.8. Both today and yesterday my RHR was not displayed; please see photo below.

@DavidRP I moved your post to the iOS forum. I usually recommend deleting the app, then re-download it. You might have gotten a corrupted copy. I honestly don't have other suggestions. I can't reproduce your issue.

Thanks for your assistance. The problem seems to be an electrical failure within my main Charge 2 Watch, relating to the Heart Rate Monitor not working, as I have now tried my spare Charge 2 Watch and everything is now being recorded properly.

@DavidRP I'm happy that you diagnosed your own issue. I was using a smaller screen when I read your post. Now that I am on a larger screen, I can see that the heart rate graphs are missing. Yes, it looks like a device failure.
With respect to this spare Charge 2 you are using, have you used it from time to time, or has it been in storage for a long time? It looks like Fitbit removed firmware updates for its older devices. The current Charge 2 firmware is 22.58.0. If you have it, fine. If you don't have it, you might get an update notice. But it probably won't update.

Again, many thanks for your reply and helpful comments. Yes the current Firmware is 22.58.0. In the past, I have been repeated informed by Fitbit to update my Firmware but it never worked as it seemed that Fitbit had disabled the 'Upgrade Process' for their older models.
