My resting heart rate is only being calculated for one day a week despite having all the data there.
it just has - - under resting heart rate.
I do not wear it to bed, but this has never been a problem in the past.
i hve just don’t a sync after not opening the app for a few weeks. Is this why?

@Jhbuzz31 Can you please clarify something? When you say that you haven't opened the app for a few weeks, does that mean that you did a Force Quit and that it hasn't been running in the background? Your Fitbit stores seven days of detailed data. If you did a Force Quit, you might have lost data needed to calculate your resting heart rate.

Best Answer@Jhbuzz31 Thank you for adding the screenshot. Unfortunately, I don't have a tried and true answer for you. Just the usual log out/log in, try deleting then reinstalling the app troubleshooting advice. But I can confirm that you don't need to wear your Fitbit to sleep to get a RHR. But your overall RHR will be lower when your sleeping heart rate is factored in.
