Run activity shows incorrect mileage and no mapping

So the past couple of days my run, which is the same every time, which is 5k is only coming up at 4.23k also not showing the map that I ran. All I'm getting is a blue screen. Is anyone else getting this, if so what's gone wrong and how can I fix it. I do virtual races and need my correct mileage for evidence!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Schwarzenessa1.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that for the past couple of days your run is showing incorrect mileage and not showing the map. Thank you for providing the additional details, I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help.

All devices with GPS sensors require a direct path to GPS satellites to calculate location. A weak GPS signal might affect the accuracy of your route and other activity data. Your device uses your step count to calculate distance until it finds a signal, so the total distance calculated for a workout may be slightly less accurate when GPS isn't available for the entire time. I recommend checking out this article with information about the different factors that can affect connected GPS.

I also suggest doing the following:

  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Force quit the app.
  3. Restart your phone and your device
  4. Log into the Fitbit app.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
