@Nathantulip I think I am reading your post different from @Odyssey13. Are you tapping on the You icon, then Friends, then choosing a friend, then Message? I am describing the page where you get the Cheer, Taunt, and Message options. If so, do you get an error or does something else happen? Can you share more details?

usually there’s “SEND A MESSAGE underneath the badge icon but not anymore. Do you think this problem is from Fitbit?

@Nathantulip Got it! I don't use that feature much and I never saw it under my own profile -- I can't send a private message to myself! I will flag your post to get a moderator's input. I checked my friends and can see that it is gone.
You posted in the iOS app forum, not a bad idea, because there is no other good option. You are writing about Private Messages from the Community -- this site.

I appreciate the feedback, and I'm sorry to hear about this situation regarding the messages.
Our team is aware of this issue and working on getting it fixed.
