The app won’t allow me to save my food intake. Has anyone else experienced this? What do I do?

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Also, when you try to save your food intake, do you receive an error message? The app doesn't load or nothing happens? In the meantime I receive your answers, If you haven't already done so, please check that the iOS version and Fitbit app are up to date and let me know how it goes.
