The display screen doesn't always display, time, date, etc.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. When you mention "screen" are you referring to the Fitbit app or the screen on your tracker? Which tracker are you currently using? If it's the app, would it be possible for you to send me a screenshot of the app Dashboard so I can check this further? That would be very helpful for me.

Thanks for confirm the problem is affecting your tracker and not the Fitbit app. At this moment I would like to suggest you to restart your tracker, then leave it plugged in and charging for at least 15 minutes, if you're still not able to see anything on the screen when you tap on it, please let me know so I can determine which steps should we take next.

Hi Marco,thanks for responding to Bella girl's fit bit problem. The Fitbit is dead! I was able to get a proper charger and oce it was charged the fit bit went crazy constantly showing time and numbers in motion then after about 4-5 hours it died. Oh well ! 😢I'm supposed to get a new one soon. Thanks again , Bellagirl1 ✌🏻️😊
