Seeing heart rate graph details in an iOS device

Hi

I've just swapped to Android from ios and have realised that I've lost a lot of heart rate tracking functionality.

Previously I used the blue and yellow zones to manage my energy levels with chronic fatigue, as they were clear demarcations of rest and high energy use respectively.

Now the same data is being recorded , but it's almost impossible to tell the difference, without studying it in detail (which defeats the purpose of the graph )

Can anyone help ??

Hi there @HanHanDen, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that you're not seeing the information about your heart rate displayed on your iOS device the same way you used to on your Android phone. I'd like to help you out!

You should be able to see the graph in the same way. When you tap on the heart rate tile, it will take you to your heart rate logs. You just need to tap on one for the detailed graph to show up and here if you need even more detail, you can press on the two diagonal arrows at the top right corner to enlarge the graph and you can press and hold over the graph for the information on a specific time of the day to show up.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need anything else.

PS. I'm moving your post to the iOS board for categorization purposes.

Thanks for your help @FerdinandFitbit.

Unfortunately your reply doesn't address my query. While I know that all the same data is displayed in the Android app, what really matters is the presentation of the data so that one can quickly digest the thousands of records without taking minutes lining everything up.

Specifically what I found useful in the IOS app was that the non fatburn (nonpeak non cardio) showed up as blue, so it was easy to determine at a glance how much of the day I was being 'restful' for. This then helped me plan when I could do exercise or use lots of energy without getting too fatigued

So look forward to a change to the Android app that fixes this, or at least enables some customisation.

Thanks !
