My new Sense is not receiving text messages. I’ve just upgraded from a Versa due to this same reason. I have an iPhone 11. I had no problem with my Versa while I still had my iPhone 6 but stopped receiving texts when I got new phone. Please let me know if there is no fix for this so I can return the Sense.
