I don't see alarm options in settings.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Maddog44. It's great to have you here. To set alarms from the iOS app please do the following:

 

- Tap account (from the options at the bottom) > Select you tracker > Tap silent alarms > Set a new alarm

 

If you would like to set an alarm from the online Dashboard, go to your Device Settings > select Silent Alarms > Add Alarm.
