I had logged in a Android phone. I have cancelled it. I want to register with my new iPhone. Tried with my email ID and password used earlier. Not accepting .The message is " The email address you provided is already taken by another Fitbit account".
I have to use the same email ID. The application with Android is deleted. iPhone has Apple application for Fitbit. What to do now? Pl advise.
Regards
Ramadas

When you want to use a different phone there's no need to set up a new account or setup your fitbit again. When you open the app on the new phone there will be a choice of setting up a new account or logging in with an existing account. It seems you are trying to set up a new account. Instead, log in using the email and password you used in the fitbit app on your old phone.
