I've seen a few instances of this where the solution was to logout of the app and then log back in.

I noticed my friend @SteveH provided you with great steps to help you resolve this. I'd like to add that you also need to make sure your iOS Fitbit App is updated to the latest version by going here and then try to setup your tracker again.
