Help anyone....Seems sleep tracking has disappeared.  Can anyone point me to where it has disappeared to, or is it gone.  Also missing it the walk every hour from 9-5, is it gone.  Phone app doesn't seem to allow me to track miles, I need to tap my fit bit band screen to see it.

Hello @Shayfow, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @MakMak, thanks for all your help. Smiley Happy

@Shayfow, I appreciate you have taken the time to bring this to my attention. Please note that as @MakMak mentioned,

when a tile is not showing in the Fitbit app is because of two different reasons:

  1. Your tracker has been removed accidentally from the account: To check this, please tap on the Account button and verify that your tracker is listed under your Name. If it's not, please set it up as a new device:
    • Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
    • Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  2. The tile has been removed from the Dashboard and is now invisible: To verify this, please scroll down until you find the Edit button. Tap on it and the invisible tiles will display a plus sign on the top left corner, tap on the plus sign to make them visible again.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and if you're still having trouble with this situation, reply to me with a screenshot of what you're able to see in the app Dashboard and one when you're inside Account. Keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink

Hi, @Shayfow! If you scroll down to the bottom of the app, you will see a button that says "edit." Click that and you will see all hidden tiles. You can unhide them and then scroll down and click "save" to see the tiles. Alternately, I would go into your account and make sure that your tracker was not inadvertently deleted. You might need to add it to your account again.

All edit (from dashboard)does is give me the option to delete, there is no save and no view of optional tiles to add.  Also, if my tracker got deleted could you be more specific as to hot to read, I've gone into my account and don't see it listed in my profile preferences.

Go into your account (id icon at top of app), under Devices, select Set up a Device, and it will walk you through the steps of setting it up. Adding your device back in will also take care of your missing icons if the device getting deleted was the issue.

My device exists.  The problems are with the latest app update.  Very different and stuff I was used to using is gone, things I stated in prior posts.  Miss the sleep tracking.  Was able to add food log back in (it's the plus sign, not the edit button)

thank you so much. Evidently the software upgrade on sept fifth kicked my band out and gave me limited iPhone access to the app.  Restoring the band brought back everything that was missing.
