Share button no longer showing on dashboard

I always post my daily step activities on both my Instagram & Facebook using the Fitbit app on my iphone.

The last time I posted was the 22 May 2021.

The share button no longer exists on the dashboard and it’s becoming quite frustrating. I have logged off, deleted my app & re downloaded it again hoping this will change the situation. Unfortunately this does not work. My phone settings are the same - nothing has changed.
Please can you tell me how to go about retrieving this as I am no longer able to share my daily step activity.

Many thanks

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @atinel.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand how you are feeling about this situation and appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. It looks like you're using a new app look that we're trying out. Your Fitbit app may look different from your friend's. We're always looking to improve our products, so if the design we're testing is successful, you may see this change in a future version of the app. I appreciate your understanding. As an option, you can tap the Community tab > tap the running man icon > tap Dashboard and share your stats.

To share additional feedback or if you want the features to be improved, feel free to visit our Feature suggestion board. Here our product development teams consult regularly to ensure we're delivering on what our customers need and want. You can read the FAQ to better understand how that board works and do a search first, in case someone else has already suggested your idea, or something similar.

By the way, I've moved your post to the iOS App board so we can keep our forums organized.

Many thanks for getting in touch @LiliyaFitbit

Please can you tell me if there is a way to overcome this problem?  Does this mean that I will no longer be able to share my daily step activities on social media any longer because of the new app Fitbit is creating?

Please can I get clarity as your response has not given me any solutions.

Best wishes

Thank you for your response, @atinel.

I appreciate your feedback and thank you for sharing your concern. You can do the following in order to share your stats: open the Fitbit app > tap the Community tab > tap the running man icon > tap Dashboard and share your stats.

Hope this helps.

Hi @LiliyaFitbit

Unfortunately the option you have suggested does not work as the dashboard only shows the current stats of the day. It does not go back to previous days

Hoping to get a solution as I am now having to resort to taking screen-shots of all my stats which is a very cumbersome process, resulting in unformatted and plain visuals that are not very pleasing, as I am unable to maximise the use of colours in my stats.
