Hi, @SunsetRunner! The best way to do it depends on the tracker you have. If you have a heart rate version, tracking it as a workout from the tracker is the best option. Otherwise, you can track it as a manual activity after the fact. You might have to do a little poking around on the internet to see what an estimate is for your particular workout for calories burned, but I found that the estimate Fitbit does is not all that bad between the manual logging and the heart rate tracking.

In that case, you can manually log the activity. I would suggest using your previous exercise sessions to get a calorie estimate and use that instead of the Fitbit estimate.
