Have a silent alarm set for 6:00am each morning. This morning the alarm did not go off until 6:09am. The iOS app and my Fitbit Charge 2 on my wrist both say 6:00am, strangest thing. Have deleted the iOS app and redownloaded it onto my iPhone.
Anyone experience this and a potential fix?

Hello @SunsetRunner, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. ![]()
Please note that when an alarm goes off but it's not turned off, the alarm will go off 9 minutes after the first time. If the second time the alarm is not turned off, it will go off 9 minutes afterwards. The alarm will repeat this cycle 2 times.
Now, as you have restarted your Charge 2 and as the app and tracker say the correct time for the alarm when it went off, please go to the Fitbit app > Account > Charge 2 and delete the current alarm, after that sync your tracker, set up a new alarm for 6:00 AM and finally sync the tracker one more time for the changes to take place. Monitor it for the next morning and reply to me if you're still experiencing the same situation.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

I appreciate you have shared your experience with us. If you're having trouble with the alarm on your Ionic, please make sure the Do Not Disturb mode is off on your watch by pressing down the left button for 2 seconds, then swipe left and make sure Notifications are ON.
After that, delete every alarm set up on your Ionic and restart it by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. After that, set up a new alarm and monitor it for the next day.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
