For the last 7 days straight I have been given simplified data for my sleep, no stages at all. The app gives a suggestion of how to overcome this but I have never deviated from these guidelines anyway. It has always worked since the upgrade was made, it's just this last week (maybe due to the latest update?) that I think has stopped working.
Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks.

Best AnswerSame for my wife and I. We also have different fitbit models and the same thing, flipped to the simple tracker with no change on our part.
I suspect something is failing to upload and parse on FItBit side of things, hopefully resolved soon
Best AnswerI've been having the same issue since Friday night. I find this really annoying and was thinking it may be my charge 2 but now I think it's a fault with the Fitbit side of things. Hopefully this will get sorted soon.
Best AnswerI've been having a similar problem for the last 5 days. Fitbit app not showing detailed sleep, just keeps saying I'm having restless sleep. I too have done a re start and switched phone off etc....nothing has changed. So annoying, I hope this gets fixed as I purchased this more so because of the detailed sleep ability.

Best AnswerSimplified sleep started on me Sunday through Wednesday. I t finally gave me a good one last night. I could not get the Fit Bit app to load on my iphone 6 all morning. I restarted it 6 times and it finally worked.
Best AnswerYet again the Fitbit sleep tracker worked for me. I'm happy it's working but how weird it didn't for 5 days.
