None of my sleeping heart rate is showing for my charge 3. Older ones aren’t even showing. Been since the newest update.

Hello @DZech Welcome to the community forums!

Thank you for the information! Are you referring that your Sleep Heart Rate is not syncing to the Fitbit App or it isn't showed on the Charge 3 tracker? In the meantime, I'd suggest restarting your Charge 3 by following the steps in this link: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I look forward to your response.

My heart rate shows on tracker but not on my app. The previous days do not show and there is no heart rate icon to tap either. I have restarted my device but this hasn’t solved the problem. I have had the problem for the past 3 days

None of my sleeping heart rate are showing in my app. It’s been this way for 3 -4 days now. And my ones before that stem showing up either.

Yes it’s super frustrating. My husband has a charge 4 and his app is updated as well and he has now issues. I have an iPhone 12 Pro and he has and iPhone 12 mini.

My app was updated on Monday March 22nd. And then it started acting up. So it’s up to date. I try to make sure all my apps are up to date at all times.

My Fitbit app is up to date. It still isn’t showing my heart rate on the
app

I am using 3.39.2 app version on an iPhone 8 and my app is not showing my heart rate or past heart rates.

I have a Fitbit Sense and using an iPhone Max XS and for last 3 days the HR restoration graphs have disappeared, although it is still giving a restoration score. Very disappointing as my daily morning ritual is to assess my sleep when I wake! I can see from other forums that this has been an issue last year for other users so disappointing this has not been permanently fixed. Please note my app is up to date.

I have the same issue. App is up to date, but since the latest update the restoration heart rate graph is blank.

I have the same problem. App is up to date. I have iOS 14.4.2 running currently. It’s been going on for about two weeks.

Me too, it’s so frustrating!!

Same issue with sleeping heart rate on iPhone. However, I have the app on my iPad as well - but i do not sync iPad with device - and the graph does show up here.

Suffering same malady.  Annoying considering it is a pay app.  I tried all the suggested fixes. Considering it was working perfectly for months, it doesn't seem that it should take this long to remedy.

Read all the complaints that the sleep heart rate graph is BLANK. My charge 4 is up to date. All of a sudden the other day the graph stopped populating data points. It's BLANK.

The device is tracking sleeping heart rate because the commentary is there. It's the graph, daily and historic, that is BLANK.

Frustrating.  Thanks.

My sleeping heart rate / resting heart rate isn’t tracking on the app graph. This started several weeks ago. I have latest iOS version 14.4.2. I have restarted my Fitbit several times with no luck. Help, please.

I did verify that my Fitbit app was up to date, and it was (it updated 2 weeks ago).  Still not showing on graph.  GRRRRRRRRRR
