None of my sleeping heart rate is showing for my charge 3. Older ones aren’t even showing. Been since the newest update.

Any update on when this will be fixed??? Have a Charge 2 and reviewing results on my iPhone SE and having the same issue. The sleeping heart rate is available but is not charted.

I too have had this problem. I was confused by the Fitbit update as presented in the Apple store. The latest version is 3.41.1. But all I could see was to open the app. Several lines down, it said what the latest version was, with "UPDATE" stated next to it. So I updated and presto, the restoration graph was there. That was today, April 29 2021.
You could also check the version history, there were a lot of them that obviously did not work. Also, when I searched for Fitbit, I was offered various versions for different Fitbit devices. I used the one for Fitbit alone, and that worked today. I'll wait to see what tomorrow brings.
Thank you Fitbit for your help.
