None of my sleeping heart rate is showing for my charge 3. Older ones aren’t even showing. Been since the newest update.

Went to the app in the app store & got the update. Almost missed it as it just says open & it said I had the latest version but happened to see where it said update as I was about to leave. The graph is back. Thanks.

I saw somewhere on here that the fitbit update was supposed to fix this issue.   It didn't.   Please get it fixed..

Mine has done this SINCE I updated my Fitbit. What the HECK!!   Good grief I regret getting this. It was supposed to do all this stuff but if 1/2 is it doesn’t work then what the heck!!! Frustrating

Try again!! Everyone has the latest version! I have had this issue since the end of March, and finally came here to see what the deal is.

Fitbit app is up-to-date. IPhone is updated to the most current OS. I have powered my phone on and off.

I think we should all get a months worth of credit since we pay for this and we are not getting what we paid for.

I have been having this problem too. I have an ionic and an iPhone 10. Really disappointing- it happened for a while last year and then stemmed to be fixed, and now happening again.

Hi.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled my app and this still hasn’t worked.
There is no heat rate icon to view my heart rate on my phone

Yeah I’m over it. It didn’t start doing this until I did the update. Wished I hadn’t upgrade to this from my flex. It was just fine but 1/2 of the stuff works on this. Disappointed.

Thanks! This is the exact issue I am having as well. All up to date here. I have an iPhone 11 Pro and the hubby has a Samsung Note 9. His graph populates but mine does not. The bar chart populates though. 🤷🏼‍:female_sign:

The first time I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it didn’t work but I just did it now and the graph is back! Hope it stays that way! Thanks.

I am on the latest app version - have even checked that the charge has latest update as well.  I am not getting the sleep heart rate for many weeks now.  This was fixed a few years ago in Android - why can't it be fixed for iOS?   It appears that you are displaying the screen time with an incorrect time reference (either way above 24 hours or you are not considering the 'crossed midnight' behavior of sleep).   Please fix this - cannot get this info anywhere but inside the app!!

This is happening to me too. It stopped, then started for a day or two and now it is not working again. My app and phone are updated. I am very confused.
