None of my sleeping heart rate is showing for my charge 3. Older ones aren’t even showing. Been since the newest update.

Having the same issue and seeing the same graph. Information is there but graph is blank. Restarted fitbit, repaired with app, and checked that app is up to date. It is up to Fitbit to fix the issue now.

Hi Wilson, I am not sure how to respond to this or to ask a question...
I have an Inspire HR that is up to date. My Restoration graph had not registered from 4/2/21 to 4/10/21. It registered on 4/11/21 and I was thrilled!
Today (4/12/21) it is not working.
Is this just a bug that I need to wait out?
Thank you for your help.
Kathleen

Hi there,
I’m now having this same problem - app is up to date so please let me know what else needs to be done to fix it.
Thanks

I too have the same issue with ensuring all apps up to date, and as a premium subscriber I would expect a refund of some kind.

According to Fitbit, who I have called out on Twitter...
Hi, Ted. We’re currently working to resolve this issue and hope to have a fix soon. In the meantime, recommend keeping your Fitbit device and app up-to-date. Thanks for your patience while we work to get you back on track, and let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello everyone!
Thank you for the details mentioned. I understand that this can be very frustrating and appreciate your efforts. Our team has started releasing a new version of the Fitbit app (3.41) and I recommend updating the app once you see it available as updates come with new features and bug fixes. You can confirm the steps to update the app in How do I update the Fitbit app?
Hope this helps.

I forced an update by going to the App on the app store, and it said update.
I updated and all good now, thank you.
