How do I add calories and exercise for the previous day - or can you only add for current day?

Hi @Tjharrison1

Have moved this thread from the Charge HR to the iOS App section to increase the chance of getting a solution.

Your post will get more attention here.

Welcome to the Forums @Tjharrison1! You can add manually logs to your Dashboard for today and previous days by following @GisselleM's instructions in this post for Online Dashboard. In the Fitbit app for iOS you can log them with this:

  1. On the Fitbit app dashboard tap the Exercise tile to open your exercise history. This is the tile that says "Track exercise" if you haven't worked out today. If you've already worked out, you'll see the exercise category on the tile instead (for example, Run or Hike).
  2. Tap the stopwatch icon in the top right corner.
  3. Tap Log.
  4. Tap a recent activity or search for an exercise type.
  5. Adjust the activity details and tap Add.

If your iOS mobile device supports 3D Touch, you can also log an activity from the home screen with the Quick Action menu accessed by 3D Touch.

I hope this clarifies your inquiry.

This doesn't work for some reason.  Any other ideas?

In the app now, you can add new activity. If you go to the plus, then pick your activity type, it gives you a date so you can add it to the day before.

For food, the only way is to go to the website version and put it in your log there.
