Best AnswerWelcome to the Forums @Tjharrison1! You can add manually logs to your Dashboard for today and previous days by following @GisselleM's instructions in this post for Online Dashboard. In the Fitbit app for iOS you can log them with this:
If your iOS mobile device supports 3D Touch, you can also log an activity from the home screen with the Quick Action menu accessed by 3D Touch.

Best AnswerIn the app now, you can add new activity. If you go to the plus, then pick your activity type, it gives you a date so you can add it to the day before.
For food, the only way is to go to the website version and put it in your log there.
