Sleep and steps not logged correctly

I have been wearing my fitbit  at all times - this morning there was issues with the iPhone update it has now sorted itself out - BUT it hasn't up loaded last nights sleep -why ? also not all of todays steps have been recorded its 8,000 adrift

Thanks for sharing that your sleep and steps aren't showing up correctly in the Fitbit app. I understand how important is to keep your information updated and to further investigate, may I know if you continue having this issue? Have you checked if there isn't any pending update for the Fitbit app?

 

If you've not done so, please try the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  5. Sync your Fitbit and check your details.
