There was a bug fix update available yesterday and today I see there is a glitch in the sleep graph, the hours says I slept for 6hr 51mins where as the graph shows more than 13hrs of sleep which I never slept that long in my entire life.

@AlejandraFitbit Thanks for the correcting the post group. As I mentioned in my post that I had updated my App just day before I posted the issue.

However, the graph seem to be corrected now, so its all came back to normal.

It's great to see you around @AjaySingh.

Thanks for the attachment. I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Blaze board to the iOS app board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about the Fitbit app.

Now about the issue you experienced, have you checked if your Fitbit app is updated? If you haven't, I recommend taking a look at the help article How do I update the app to the latest version? and follow the instructions provide there to update your app. Also, did this happen other days?

Hope to hear from you soon. Robot Happy

I have the latest version of the app. This error is still happening for me. Weekly sleep graph shows 18 hours for yesterday (I did take a long nap, but the graph shows a total that’s about 7 hours too high). Other than update to the latest version (I already did), what can I do?

Hello @Dancesws thanks for joining the conversation, it's always great to welcome new members to the Fitbit Community.

I appreciate you've taken the time to let us know about this situation affecting the sleep graphs in the app. At this moment, I would like to ask you to go to the Sleep Section of the online Dashboard and check if your sleep logs are showing correctly here. If they are, please try the following in the app:

  • Force-quit the app, then open it again. If this doesn't seem to work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Give this a try and if the graphs are still showing some discrepancy, please let us know.

This has happened to me through 3 different trackers, countless app updates over the several years since I started using Fitbit, It's wrong anything unusual happens - any time there is more than one sleep record on a given day it just can't add correctly. I have tried the recommended log out/log back in to no avail. It's just broken functionality in the graph, I wonder how many of the other graphs are wrong.

In this example Thursday, Friday and Monday's bars are wrong.

I’ve done everything that was recommended in this thread (forcing the app to quit and reopening; logging out, restarting and logging back in). Nothing worked. The graph in question still looks like this9BDA3E39-0F25-4F72-A38B-16F226CA8E4E.png

Still happening! This one is particularly hilarious. It says I slept 27 hours.... (to be fair I’m pregnant and slept over 14 hours. But this graph takes the cake).

I am having the same problem with the graph adding about five additional hours of sleep.  I went to the sleep section and checked the online Dashboard and the graph online is also incorrect.

Add me to the list, Having the same issue! I slept 9 hours, but the graph shows 19.

And for what it’s worth, I didn’t get a sleep score with it for both the graph and in the list.
