I’ve been unable to load my sleep information on the Fitbit app for iOS. It shows the loading screen with the spinning wheel but fails to load detailed information regarding each sleep cycle saved. My phone and apps are all updated and I’ve already tried deleting and reinstalling the Fitbit app to no avail. Any help is appreciated!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @katieslova.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend trying the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
- Sync your Fitbit and check your details. If you experience any difficulties with syncing, please follow our troubleshooting instructions at Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
By the way, I've moved your post to iOS App board so we can keep our forums organized.
I'll be around if you need further help.
