Sleep information not syncing to iPad

Since updating my iPad last week to most recent operating system 13.3.1, I have been unable to sync the sleep data.  All steps and activity will sync.  I have corresponded with live chat with fitbit, restarted my inspire, upgraded the fitbit ap, restarted the ipad and still it will not sync for sleep data.  Quite disappointed.  How is this being addressed or what else can I do to get this to sync?

Hi @MarionE501. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for taking the time to contact our Support team and try some troubleshooting steps with them. I understand how important is to sync and track your progress in the Fitbit app. Based on the information shared in your post, it seems that your Inspire isn't tracking your sleep correctly. While there isn't an option to sync previous data, I'd recommend to try using your Inspire on your other wrist for one night making sure it's snug on your wrist as described in this help article. Also, verify if the All-Day Sync is enabled by going to the Fitbit app > profile picture > Inspire icon.

For the days that don't have a sleep record, you can manually log that information by doing the following:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the sleep tile.
  2. Tap on the + icon at the upper left corner.
  3. Tap on Add Sleep Log.
  4. Adjust the time you went to sleep or the time you woke up.
  5. Once you're done, tap on Save.
