Same here. Was working until last night. When it synced, sleep just showed restless, awake, asleep. I hope they fix this issue.

My Charge2HR just stopped providing insights too. It started during a nap yesterday. I even checked to make sure the insights setting was checked. I hope it comes back. It is a really GREAT feature.

I'm glad you're excited about the new sleep tracking features. Our team wants to make sure that you have the best possible experience with these new features, and our engineers are hard at work putting on the finishing touches. In the meantime, I would like to suggest you to keep an eye on this thread, we will update it with new information about Sleep Stages so you will be able to know when this feature will be fully implemented.

My insights does not work either. I had my Charge2 HR for about a week and it stopped. I returned it and exchanged for another. This new one doesn't work at all. Please remove that from your app and boxing for the product until you fix it. And I hope we all get new Fitbit that work when you do fix it.

I purchased the Ionic this past weekend. I had two nights sleep with insights and now nothing; it’s back to the plain “awake, restless, sleep”. Tracking my sleep is the main reason I bought the Ionic. I am very concerned it’s not going to work. Please advise what the issue is with providing the insight information consistently.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. We had an issue with Sleep Stages from Feb 14th and 15th which was already resolved by our engineering team. I appreciate you have reported this situation and in case you're still not getting sleep stages, please check the in-app error notifications that provide an explanation for why you aren't receiving Sleep Stages on any given night. This is meant to provide insight into what might be occurring to cause this.The error messages are the following:
When you tap on Learn more, you will be able to get more information about why your tracker didn't record sleep stages. Additionally, I'd like to suggest the following:
