Sleep not displaying

I have no longer got a fit bit connected to my fitbit app. However i still use the app. I have managed to sync the sleep aswell through a third party app that syncs my health app data. I can see my data online in the log area of the fitbit so it is tracking the sleep however i cant see it on the app. When i had the watch it would load up on the app as a tile. Any way i can make the tile come back because it is picking up data from my new watch data off the health app and into the fitbit online dash board just not the app

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to our Community Forums.

I'm glad to hear that you were able to get your sleep data to sync with your Fitbit account. It's odd that you're seeing it on your online dashboard, but not in the Fitbit app. Could you please take a screenshot of what is displayed in the Fitbit app? You can find instructions to attach a picture in this post.

In the meantime and if you've not done so, please try the following:

1. Log out from the Fitbit app.

2. Force quit the Fitbit app. For instructions see the Apple help article.

3. Reboot your phone.

4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in.

Keep me posted.

Hi @SunsetRunner, it's great to hear from you.

Thanks for getting back and sharing a screenshot of the Fitbit app hope page. I believe the sleep tile got hidden, so let's try the following steps to bring it back:

1. From the Fitbit app, tap the "Edit' button at the bottom.
2. Search for the sleep tile and tap the + icon in the top left so it can be shown in the home screen.
3. Tap Done and the tile should be back.

Give this a try and let me know how it goes. Robot Happy

Hi @SunsetRunner, I'm glad to hear from you.

Thanks for having tried our suggestions to add the tile. I was investigating your inquiry and confirmed that some tiles will not be displayed in the Fitbit app if there isn't a Fitbit device linked to your account. So although you're able to log and see your sleep data in your online dashboard, the Fitbit app will only reflect the information synced by your device.

I appreciate your understanding, and hope to see you around.

Hi @SunsetRunner, thanks for getting back.

Since your sleep information is showing up in your web dashboard, once you link a Fitbit device in your account, the Fitbit app will be able to show your sleep information. You can still use the other 3rd party app to register your sleep.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
