my charger says sleep not tracked  how do i track sleep

Hi @Bentley12-. It's nice to see a new face around and I'm sorry for the delayed response.

 

Thanks for posting about your Fitbit device and just to clarify, do you mean that your sleep data is also not syncing with the Fitbit app? May I know the model of your Fitbit device? If you've not done so, make sure the Fitbit app is updated and your Fitbit is regular syncing so the information can be updated.
