Since my update to 2.4 with IOS my sleep tracking continues to log when I am not wearing my Charge 2HR. I have to remove my FitBit while at work. When I put it back on at lunch for my walk it has added all of the time to the sleep tracking with a time gap. For example, this morning when I woke up I had 6 hours of correctly tracked sleep. At lunch it was up to 9 hours. It counted the entire time that I was not wearing my FirBit. Is there any way to stop this?

Hello @Jkiebler1, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
This seems like a very odd situation as the tracker uses your heart rate to determine when you're sleeping. In this case I would like to suggest you to go to your device settings on the online Dashboard and check if your heart rate monitoring is set to ON or AUTO. If it's ON, please change it to AUTO and sync your tracker. If it's on AUTO, change it to OFF, then sync, afterwards change it to ON and sync, change it back to AUTO and sync once more time to complete a cycle and reset it.
Additionally, please restart your Charge 2 and monitor it for the next 24 hours to check if the sleep is now recording correctly.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

I did all of the steps that you suggested (auto->off, sync, off->on,sync, on->auto, sync and a restart) and it still happened today. I had my normal 6 hours of sleep and it is now up to 14.5 hours. Any other ideas?
Thanks

Hello @Jkiebler1, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply.
Have you edited your sleep logs lately? Does the information in your app match with the one in the sleep section of the online Dashboard? If so, I would like to suggest you going back to the device settings on the online Dashboard and change the sleep tracking setting from Normal to Sensitive. Then monitor the tracker for the next night.
If the information is showing correctly in the online Dashboard but not in the app, it's possible the app is not syncing the information with our servers correctly. In that case I would like to suggest the following:
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply!
