Sleep score depends on resting heart rate

Sleep score is too dependent on resting heart rate which varies from day to day. When resting rate goes up, sleep score goes down. Resting heart rate is not a daily score. The impact of fluctuation in resting heartbeat result in sleep score than is not accurate.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Chumpol.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern regarding the sleep score calculation. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and feedback, our team is always working on our products and services, and your comments are always welcome. I would like to confirm that your overall nightly sleep score is based on your heart rate, the time you spend awake or restless, and your sleep stages. It's a sum of your individual scores in sleep duration, sleep quality, and restoration, for a total score of up to 100. For more information about sleep score and the ways to improve it, see What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

To share additional feedback or if you want to see features to be improved, feel free to visit our Feature suggestion board. Here our product development teams consult regularly to ensure we're delivering on what our customers need and want. You can read the FAQ to better understand how that board works and do a search first, in case someone else has already suggested your idea, or something similar.

I'll be around if you need further assistance.
