Received a FitBit Inspire for a Mother's Day gift. Enrolled in the Premium but the Advanced Sleep Analytics does not seem to be working. When i tap the purple moon, it scrolls as if it is launching ad redirects me back to the landing page. Really would like a fix as this is the primary reason I asked for this as a gift.
Best AnswerIn the Charge 4 forum the usual explanation/excuse given for the lack of info on sleep-related measurements is that it takes 3 nights of use to see the numbers. My experience with the SpO2% measurement bears this out.
I guess somebody thought this was a good idea. My working theory is that Garmin has a mole in Fitbit and is working to bring them down from within.
