I just updated to a Charge 3 so I could get my heart rate, floors climbed, and my daily sleep information. But there is no sleep widget now on my Fitbit app for sleep. Anyone know how to fix this? I’m a bit frustrated with this so far.

Hello @SunsetRunner and a warm welcome. It's very unusual for a tile to disappear when you add a new device. But it should be easy to find. On the bottom left of your phone app, tap on the Discover icon, then Heart and Fitness Stats. This screen will show you your available tiles. On my view of the app, Sleep in in the upper right.

My sleep and step widgets have disappeared and following advice I’ve gone to Discover but the ‘open’ option is greyed out. My app was updated automatically yesterday

Hi @Christine1302, @Young_C and @CW58. Welcome! It's nice to see you here in the forums.
Thanks for sharing that the sleep tile isn't showing up on the Today page, as well for the steps tried. Let's work on this together! Before anything else, please double check if the Fitbit app is updated. Once that is done, give a try to the following steps:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Force stop the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
- Make sure the sleep tile is added to the Today screen. For instructions, check this help article.
I'll be around, keep me posted.

Thank you for your reply.
I had already done everything you suggested but gave it another go but with no joy.
I click the edit key and only have the option to delete tiles. I have no sleep, step or heart rate tiles - the only ones I use, and no access to synch my data from my charge 2.
Everything disappeared when the latest updates were added overnight automatically.
This is very frustrating as you can imagine. It would be easier if I could talk to someone or they could share my screen to see what is happening.
Cheers
Christine

Hi @CW58. It's nice to have you on board! I'm sorry for the delayed response.
Thanks for sharing more details about this situation, as well for trying the steps from my post. I totally understand how you're feeling about not being able to track your sleep data in the Fitbit app. Since the sleep tile is still not available after exhausting our steps, I'll need you to provide me with the following information:
- Make and model of your phone
- OS/software version running in your phone
- Screenshot of what is displayed on the Fitbit app when tapping on Edit and attach in your reply as described here.
If by any chance you prefer to talk to someone over the phone, you can find our contact details in this link. I'm sure they'll be happy to assist you the same way I will be if you need anything else.
I'll look forward to your response.
