Sleep tile no longer displaying previous day's info

iOS 10, iPhone 6, Fitbit flex 2. This is ONLY a problem since the latest update - prior to that, if I scrolled through to previous days, I saw the steps, water and calories intakes, and sleep information that had been recorded for that day. Now if I scroll back to a previous day, all tiles except sleep show the info for that day, while sleep shows today's info for every day. It also no longer changes to the smiley moon face when I meet my sleep target, which I assume is related. I've seen other users posting about this issue a year ago but none from the most recent update. It's really frustrating to have to click into sleep to see what I logged on a previous day (particularly as sleep is my primary interest these days, in advance of a proper apnoea study), so if this was a deliberate removal of functionality, I'd really like to know what you hoped to gain by it. Force quit, log in/out, and reinstall does nothing, nor does rebooting my phone and Fitbit. Suggestions welcome, bug investigation appreciated.

Hello @yourghosts, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

Currently, when you swipe to see information from previous days, only the main tile (steps, distance, calories burned, floors and active minutes) will reflect that information. That's intended by design. To check information from previous days on other tiles, please tap on them, doing so will show information from previous days and weeks and you'll even have the chance to compare the information with the graph on screen.

I understand this might not be ideal for you or other members, which is why I went ahead and found a suggested idea by @BobTheCat to implement an update that will update the information to show previous days information on every tile  when swiping the screen.

I hope this resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted! Smiley Wink

Thanks for the reply, Marco. If this was a feature intended by design, can
you explain why my sleep tile has always shown information for previous
days until now? I note that suggestion is dated to almost a year ago. As I mentioned, this behaviour has only started with the latest update - less than a week ago. I've had numerous versions of the app since I purchased my Fitbit and all until this one have shown all relevant information, not just the large top tile, for each day on each individual tile without having to click into it. I do make use of those graphs but when I'm swiping back through to a previous day, it is useful to be able to see all my day's tracked info at a glance.

If this was an intentional design feature and I have somehow had bugs that allowed me to see the sleep information for each day, I will delete this version and restore from my previous backup, because reflecting only some information on a dash seems quite strange to me.

Thanks again for the help. 🙂

This used to work on previous versions, so the development team had to have made an update on a recent version release that changes this. And it's only with specific tiles - not all of them.

Same thing here. It used to update my sleep tile as with the others and now it just stopped. I'd like to request to revert back to all tiles updating when you change a day to view.
