I recently started using my Alta HR again after a year of having it off and in a drawer. The sleep app on the dashboard has disappeared on my iPhone and the time/date on the Alta HR isn’t updating. It still says 2017. How can I retrieve the sleep tracker and properly sync the device to the correct date/time? Thanks.

Hi @nicolechloe. Glad to hear you are taking your Alta HR out of hibernation! Here are a couple things to try to resolve your issues. First, the wrong time ... It sounds like your Alta HR is not properly connected to your account. Please try this:
This should get your time back to where it should be. Your sleep tile should also show up on the App dashboard. If it does not, open the app on your iPhone, scroll down to the edit button. This will take you to a screen where you can assess the sleep tile and add it to your dashboard.
Hope this works for you. If not, please let us know which iPhone you have.

Hello @nicolechloe, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @SunsetRunner, thanks for all your help.
@nicolechloe, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for letting us know about this situation. Adding to the suggestions provided by @SunsetRunner, usually when a tile is not showing in the Fitbit app is because of two different reasons:
If your Alta HR is not set up in your Account, this might also explain why the time is incorrect, as your Alta HR needs to sync to correct the time.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
