Sleep tile not updating the correct information.

My fitbit Alta is working great. However, when I sync it and it puts in how much/well I slept, it will change all of my data to match what I slept last night. It’s hard to explain so here’s an example: if I go to bed at 10:00 and wake up at 6:20 and was restless 10 times, my Fitbit will say that I have gone to bed st exactly 10:00 my whole life and gotten up at 6:20 with being restless 10 times at the exact same time every night. Now let’s say I go to bed at 11:30 and get up at 8:00 and am restless 2 times, now my Fitbit will say that I have been going to bed at 11:30 and getting up at 8:00 while being restless 2 times at the same times my whole life.

If if I click on the box with the sleeping information, it does still have the accurate data on the bar chart, it’d just be nice if it would all be accurate. Thank you!

Hello @m_forck, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Please note that the tiles below the daily stats tile show your most recent information, even if you're looking at your stats for another day. To view your stats for a previous day, tap the individual tiles to see your history. For more information about the new dashboard design, see the following help article: About the Fitbit app

If you want to vote for this feature to be revised, please feel free to vote and comment on @BobTheCat's suggested idea. This is the best way to make your voice heard and get the attention from our development team.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

I am having the same issue...the sleep tile is showing the same sleep information no matter what day I choose. If I look at the history it is correct, but the tile is not updating. I logged in on my computer and it is fine, so it is an IOS issue with the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it did not fix it.  Hopefully, it will be fixed soon.

Hello @specialk26, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. Smiley Happy

Thanks for your participation in the forums. Please note that when you swipe to check other days's status, only the main tile (steps, distance, calories burned and active minutes) will update. The information on the tiles underneath will only show "Today's" information. To check information from previous days for these tiles, tap on each one of them. Here, you will find detailed information and even a graph to compare that data.

This feature was implemented some time ago, when the Dashboard was changed from bars to tiles and it's been featured this method ever since, so it's expected behavior and not considered a bug.

I hope this information can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
