I have iPhone 11 and OS version 14.4.2.
Sleeping heart rate does not display anymore. Having trouble copying screen shot photo for you. Looks the same as Pvey.

Looks like they sent an app update just now that seems to correct the issue.

Thanks for the info. Where do you find the app update? I just looked at my Fitbit App on my iPhone. Went to my account and should see something about an update. But I don't. However, I apparently received the last update causing the SHR problem automatically, without being asked to update. I'd appreciate any advice on how to update my Fitbit app so the SHR works again. Thanks, Dianne

I just deleted the app and reinstalled it. It works for me now.
There will probably be a push for an update soon.

The update was not there last night, but did appear this morning. For me, at least, it fixes the peoblem. It is retroactive, as well, because older data is now showing. It seems they needed the information that the graph was "running backwards" in order to fix it!

So, where do you see the update? I thought you found those when you tapped on your profile pic for your account and then your device. You are to see a pink tab to update. Is that how you did this? I don't have an update tab showing up in my account. Others have said they deleted the app and then reinstalled it. Thanks for your additional advice. Dianne

Was the update automatic, or did you see it on your Fitbit app to update? Mine is not updated, and I don't see an option on how to update. Others have deleted and reinstalled the app to make this work. Thanks for any additional advice. Dianne

I had to "reload" my waiting updates by "pulling down" on my update screen and letting it repopulate. It is possible, though, they are rolling out updates and will reach different users at different times.
