Best AnswerKate: Is your iPhone also updated to 14.2.2? I think the two (IOS and Fitbit updates) are designed to work together. If you have updated both, I'm out of ideas. Hope you have your SHR back soon. Dianne
Best AnswerI updated to the new version yesterday, checked my iphone software and the sleeping restoration graph is still not showing up. I am getting percentages but not the graph. Any recommendations?
It didn’t show anywhere on my app, so I updated mine by going to the App Store and selecting the Fitbit app and it said update there. I proceeded with the update and my sleeping hr graph is now working. Hope this helps.
The update was not showing in my app either. So, I also went to the Apple App store, found an update for Fitbit waiting, and updated from there. It worked! Dianne
FINALLY!!!!! I tried updating from the App Store, but got the same version I had. I had to delete the app in order to get 3.41. 👏

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.
I have done everything recommended to have this information show up. I have the latest app for my Inspire 2 and iPhone. I’ve dropped and reinstalled the Fitbit app and device etc. still no change. Frustrating to the point of accepting this whole mess isn’t worth the investment of time.

Best AnswerThanks. Deleting and reinstalling the app worked. Seems an odd way to correct the issue.
Best AnswerI found out about the update by a post notification from this thread, I didn’t get it directly from Fitbit. I checked the App, app on my iPhone and searched for the Fitbit app. Since I already have the app, it said update in the corner. So I hit update and after the app updated I then checked my sleeping HR graphs. They were restored. I did only check a week back. I Hope this works for you 🙂
