Sleeping heart rate graph not working - RESOLVED

After upgrade of app 3.40(1042) the sleeping heart rate graph does not show. Running latest IOS 14.4.1

You have to go to the app when your picture is. And select the watch. At the top it will show the update. But, that only update the software. Next, you have to delete the app and download again from App Store. That will fix the problem. You don’t lost the info. That’s linked to your email/cloud, so it is going to be there as soon as you log in again.

Deleting the app and reinstalling gets me to 3.41 and a working sleeping heart rate graph

Did you try deleting the app and downloading again? That’s what I have to do to be able to see the graphs.

Dianne: yes, I picked up there was a fix from the helpful participants in this forum & followed their instructions. No notification from Fitbit prior. Suboptimal from Fitbit indeed. SHR graph now working, let’s hope it stays! I note some forum members continue to encounter problems with the SHR graph. I feel for them. Let’s hope we have no “next time”. Kate

I am trying to solve this problem. I actually use that data and enjoy seeing it. I am a premium member and am frustrated that I am paying for this and not receiving what I'm paying for. Have you had any luck?

I am using IOS 14.4.2 - restoration sleep graph has no info. Can’t upload photo - but graph is blank like other users have shown you.

I know this thread is almost a month old, but I’m having this problem too. I have an iPhone 11 and updated my Charge 4 to the latest software last week. Since updating I have only had my restoration graph display once. The picture Pvey posted is what mine looks like.

I’ve deleted and re-installed the phone app & I’ve done a reset on my tracker.

so i was able to fix it - i had to go into the app store for an update. in
the fitbit app itself it said i had the latest one, but the app store had
an update avail. hope this works for you too!!!

worked for me too. fitbit said my app was up to date but was able to find
the update in the app store 👍🏻

I have an iPhone XR. I’ve had my Fitbit for 3 months now. For the last 3 weeks the sleep data graph for resting HR has not shown. The figures for % above and below are there, but no graph. I have rebooted the app, checked my software on Inspire and phone are up to date. Nothing. Please help.
