Sleeping heart rate graph not working - RESOLVED

After upgrade of app 3.40(1042) the sleeping heart rate graph does not show. Running latest IOS 14.4.1

No you will not. Once it's reloaded all past data will still be there.

Hello everyone.

Thank you for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting performed. I understand how you are feeling and if you continue experiencing this issue and don't see the option to update to the app version 3.41.1, please uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.

This update did NOT fix the issue. My sleeping heart rate seems to choose when it wants to show up. It shows a small mark as if it started to and then nothing after a minute. Ive done all the updates and even readjusted my band to make sure it was in a good spot. The oxygen and sleep stages are tracked but not the heart rate. Ready to return my Charge 4 but not sure I’ll stick with FitBit. It always seems like it’s something.

Neither is mine.  I've updated, re-booted, followed the suggested fix and still not working.  I'm ready to ditch my Charge 4 and get an Apple Watch.

I uninstalled and reinstalled - again!! and now my sleep score is back.

Before I try this can you tell me if you lost all your historical data on Fit Bit, or was everything still there?

Thank you. I did the uninstall and reinstall of the app and gave me the update.  It them brought back all of my sleep data I was missing.

Everything else seems to be working correctly and the data is still there.  It's just the graph that is missing.

I braved it and deleted the app off my phone even though it said that I’d lose all my data. Reinstalled it and all the previous missing graphs have appeared .... magical

I just purchased a charge 4 three days ago and it only gave me one sleep score/sleep cycle graph and then stopped working. The app says it’s fully up to date.
