Same issue: Fitbit app 3.40 (1042), iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 14.4.2.
Curiously, on the Fitbit app for Android 3.39.2 (20243554) on a Huawei P10 Lite the same graphs display properly so this is an iOS-specific issue.

I got same issue. I have iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14.4.2 and Fitbit 3.40 Finnish. Heart recovery chart is blank, and this is really annoying as these graphs are the main reason why I have premium account.

Same issue here. The HR sleep restoration hasn't been displaying for a couple of days. The numbers are calculated, the RHR line is in the graph, but the actual HR display line is not.
This issues seems to be iOS-only. The Fitbit app on my Android phone works normally.

Mine hasn’t been working since least week. I even noticed there’s other parts not working as well. I just saw there was a new update and I did it! Still doesn’t work! I have a iPhone 12 Pro with the newest update, and my fit bit is up today with app and my Fitbit itself is! This is the second time this has happened over the last year! I even pay for premium! Super frustrating!

Yeah I got a little jolt of optimism when I saw the Fitbit app 3.40.1 bug fix update at the App Store this morning but installing it has changed nothing. Sleeping Heart Rate graphs are still blank.

I too have not been able to see my graph in almost a week now. I have an iPhone 11 and a versa 2. Everything is updated I’ve synced I’ve restarted etc just like everyone else and still nothing.

Hi,
After the latest update the restoration graphic is again empty. If I move my finger right to left it shows number, so the details are upside down in graph. Same thing happened a bit over a year ago.
I updated my app this morning and even downloaded it again. No help.

For those whose graph has come back, did you do anything or did it just magically reappear?
I’m still without graph. I saw a update in my apps store. Did the update, restarted watch, closed app, logged back in..... No change.

It’s gone again. It appeared the day before the update and then is gone.

Last night’s Sleeping Heart Rate graph data mysteriously reappeared again for me this morning but data from previous nights is still missing. And skin temperature is still not logging, but this might be a separate issue?
My iPhone SE is now running iOS 14.4.2 (as of 2 days ago). FitBit app version is 3.40 (1042).

I saw a few people post about this before the latest update (3.40.1) so I waited until that update came out. Now I’ve updated my app to the latest version but I still cannot see the graph of my sleeping heart rate. The graph is just totally blank. Not sure if it’s something I’m doing or if it’s just a tough fix for the developers. Any advice?

Dear FitBit
I'v Charge 3 and from 1 week I lost Sleep HR graph on iOS. It's blank. Could you support me? Probably the next update of FitBit will solve the problem?
Thank You,
Dan

Hi,
I thought that I read that the last update was supposed to fix the sleeping heart rate graph issue. I updated the app, restarted my phone, and waited a couple days. It’s still not showing up.
Any update on when this should be resolved? It’s a big chunk of the reason that I pay for the premium.
Thanks
Julie

Ever since the new update, my app no longer shows my sleeping heart rate. It records it, because it shows me my average for the night, and the above and below percentages, but the whole graph has been missing for about two weeks, and is also missing from all previous sleep data.

My Ionic took a software update this morning and I am now experiencing the same issue. How do I fix it or go back a version of software ?
