Mine worked for one day then stopped again.

I completed the update yesterday and I still don’t have the restoration graph back. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Update:
Update the Fitbit app in the App Store. Worked for me.
Did you try updating the Fitbit app in the App Store? It’s the only thing that fixed mine. Hope it works for you too!

Hi there. I have also had the issue with the restoration graph not showing up in sleep.
I have done the update on my Fitbit it’s showing 3.40.1 and the data is still not showing for my inspire 2. I have an iPhone XR running on iOS 14.4.2

The latest version is 3.41, you need to update manually through the App Store.

Delete the app from your phone then reinstall from the App Store. Apparently this is the only way that works. Did this yesterday and graph appeared even for previous days it was missing.

Updating from the Fitbit app didn’t work.
I followed what people said here.
Delete the app
download the app from AppStore
then, it works!!!

I don’t see a app version 3.41. I have the latest available to me which is 3.40.1(1043) My sleeping heart rate graph is blank, but I discovered that it is displaying the info backwards, if I scroll to the left I get values for later in the night.
IOS 14.4.2
firmware 48.20001.100.34

Are you looking at your Fitbit app for 3.41 or in the Apple app store? The update did not appear on my Fitbit app (though I've found instructions from Fitbit that says it will.) Instead, I opened the App store on my iPhone. I tapped my profile pic (in the upper right corner) and (scrolling down) found that I had updates waiting for several apps, including Fitbit. I updated Fitbit from this list on my iPhone, and my SHR returned. I have my iPhone set up for some automatic updates, including Fitbit. But, I found it waiting. My guess is that it would have eventually automatically updated, but I was in a hurry to get my SHR back!
Many on this forum have reported that this worked for them. Others have reported that they had to delete the Fitbit app from their IOS device, then reinstall the Fitbit app to get 3.41.
I hope one of these works for you. Dianne

Kate: I'm glad it worked for you. We really had to rely on people in this forum to sort it out -- with little help from Fitbit (other than they did post a fix). But I even found out about the update from a person in this forum). Dianne

I did the update but unfortunately the restoration graph is not populating consistently. It seems that again a bedtime before midnight does not record restoration info in the graph. This happened last year for months. I’m hoping there is a permanent fix soon.
