Exact same issue for me. Happened before upgrade- I upgraded, but still the same. Stats there but no graphic.

As I know, the last update, 3.41 solved the issue! To me it’s ok!

Hi, I am still not getting the restoration graph and don’t have any app updates pending. How can I check if I’m running on the latest version?

Did you update fitbit with 3.41?

I have had this referenced problem for a month, and do not have an update available for 3.41. Can you provide a timeline for how long the rollout usually takes?
This feature is one of the few reasons why I pay for a premium account. Having a primary feature unavailable for a more than a month is a sure fire way to inspire me to not renew my premium account.

Thank you. I’m still on version 3.40.1 and there is no update available for me yet, either on the app or in the App Store. I pay for premium and would have presumed the app would be released to everyone at the same time?

Thank you, I don’t seem to have the latest upgrade available yet.

Hi
You can try going to the actual app rather than waiting for the auto upgrade to show up. It worked for me, and the graph is now correct too.

The update is not available to me through the app store or through the app itself. I'm on 3.40.01, and the app says it's up to date. There are also no updates listed through the app store. The message I responded to said that the updates are rolled out; apparently, I'm at the tail end of the rollout, and have not received it yet. I probably won't be renewing my premium subscription since sleep data was my primary reason for wanting it. Taking a month to update a problem is unacceptable, in my opinion.
Eventually, I will get the update and will be able to see the graph. In the meantime, I fully admit that I am peeved. There have been other things in the past where it took Fitbit more than a month to fix something. It didn't really bother me last time, because I didn't have a premium subscription at the time.

I completely agree. I have no access to the upgrade either and wonder what I am paying the premium subscription for. Why can’t we all have access to the upgrade at the same time?
