After upgrade of app 3.40(1042) the sleeping heart rate graph does not show. Running latest IOS 14.4.1

There are 4 steps (no pun intended) to get this resolved.
1-Make sure you have the latest software version your phone.
2-Make sure your Fitbit device has the latest update installed.
3-Delete the Fitbit App from your phone.
4-Reinstall the Fitbit App from the App Store and follow the instructions for pairing the Fitbit device with your phone.
This should bring back the graph from the latest and all previous days you couldn’t see it.

This issue should be resolved with the app version 3.41. To see which version of the Fitbit app you have, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > Help. The app version is at the top. To update the app, please follow the steps in How do I update the Fitbit app?
You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app as some users found this helpful.

Hi, I’ve been waiting on the update but still nothing available through the App Store or on my Fitbit app directly. Running all updated versions of my phone but still not having any luck getting the graph. Any idea when the app update will be available in Canada?

I updated the app a while ago and the sleep restoration graph is still not showing for me. It was there for a couple of days and then disappeared again. Will this be able to be fixed? I really liked this feature of the sleep analysis.

Press and hold the app in the App Store. That’s when the update popped up
for us.
Press snd hold on the app in the App Store. That’s the only thing that
finally worked for me. I think the update is out and you just have to
access it. Not sure why this is so difficult to figure out but it does
work!

I followed the advice of removing the app from my phone and redownloading. That forced the update. Like you, it was not available in app or via the App Store for me. It’s a ridiculous thing to have to do to get an update, but it worked for me.

Thank you for this tip! I had previously asked tech how to update my app and they kept pointing me to a website which gave information on how to update if you were in the US. I told them I was in Canada and they never responded with a suggestion. I now have my sleeping heart rate graph and my day-of nutrients breakdown!

It is a month later now. I still have the issue. Is there a fix. The restorative sleep graph is the primary reason I pay for premium 😫

Still having the same issue. App was updated yesterday, new I spire 2 only used since mid March. iPhone SE also up to date.

Make sure your Inspire 2 has the latest download. It was recently updated.
Actually delete the App from the phone and reload from the App store.
You will not lose any data and all past information will be there.
