I did finally find a solution to my iPhone constantly telling me that it lost the Bluetooth solution. I had downloaded the Fitbit app on my new Ipad and connected to Bluetooth. Apparently you cannot have 2 devices connected at once. Once I turned off the Bluetooth on my ipad, the iphone worked. Of course, no where does fitbit tell you this, and I don't know why 2 devices can't be connected. I found it in a google search. That does not fix my dim screen or the heart rate not showing currently. Or the fact that when I walk around the block it registers 7 floors - and it is a fairly level block.

Hi @Anner16, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your solution about losing Bluetooth connection with your iPhone. Thank you for your time and efforts, I am sure this information will be helpful to other users. You can find more information about syncing your device at Can I sync my tracker or watch with more than one device?
Regarding the issue with the screen on your device being dim, try changing the brightness setting: go to Settings > Brightness and change to Auto or On. Please also confirm that you don't have "Sleep Mode” turned on: press and hold the button on your device. Tap a setting to turn it off. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device's screen?
For troubleshooting instructions to resolve the issue with heart rate not showing, see What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
Regarding the issue with floors, I recommend restarting your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device? For more information about the accuracy of the Fitbit devices, please see here.
Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

I have changed the settings for my display several times, I do both normal and auto and neither are bright enough to see in normal light. I have to shield it.
My heart rate shows on the fitbit, it does not show a real time one on the fitbit app.
I checked the syncing with more than one device, it seems to say that you can do an iPad and iPhone at the same time. But it will not work when I have it on both.
