I took to Twitter Fitbit Support after experiencing syncing problems right after I updated my phone to iOS 11 and the solution detailed in the link below have helped me in resolving the matter.
Word of advice, the problem seems to recur but somehow, the solution seems to work all the time.

Best AnswerNope, still having this issue after rebooting my fitbit. Today I had to remove and re-add the Charge 2 from my iPhone before it would connect to the App before my run.
