SpO2 app is installed but Fitbit app doesn't find it

Since the last App update (5 days ago), my Charge 6 is not recording SPO2. 

I have restarted my FitBit, but the problem continues.

I have the same problem and according to your reply this has been going on since April and it is now almost June. When is this going to be fixed?

On my Sense 2, I continue to get the message that it's not installed and
then that it's not available. However, I get readings most, but not all
days. Weird....

My Sp02 quit working today May 31

I use a Charge 5. I look at my stats every morning.  Haven't had any major issues with Sp02, other than missing a day here and there.  but today, it tells me the sp02 app is not installed and no longer available. My fitbit android app updated on May 30th.

Thanks for the additional information. As I mentioned before, our team is aware of this issue and they're working to get it resolved.

In the meantime, I'd like to share that a new Fitbit app version, which brings performance improvements, was released for all our members. With this in mind, please go to the App Store and install it as soon as you see it available. Then, reboot your phone, wear your Fitbit device to sleep and monitor its behavior afterward.
